He Saw the Mudders' Lament

Having already passed the eighth (!) anniversary of the original Browncoat Saloon at Keycon, and with the tenth anniversary of the original release of Serenity coming up, I hadn't been thinking much about it (or the Firefly franchise itself, really)--except to note that once in a blue moon, someone would stumble upon the Browncoat Saloon Shop on Zazzle and end up purchasing something there. (The Mudder's Milk Mug seemed particularly popular.)

Out of nowhere, however, I recently got an email directly from Zazzle:
Unfortunately, it appears that your product did not meet Zazzle’s Acceptable Content Guidelines. Specifically, your product contained content which infringes upon Twentieth Century Fox's intellectual property rights of "Firefly".

Zazzle has been contacted by legal representatives from Twentieth Century Fox, and at their request, to remove products which infringe upon their rights from the Zazzle Marketplace.

We are sorry for any disappointment, but hope you will understand our position in this regard.
I'm not sure if this reflects Twentieth Century Fox making more of an effort to go after fan-made products in general now (after all these years, they're finally starting to licence more official Firefly products lately), and I haven't been able to get a specific answer from Zazzle about how our products could be infringing if they're made up of an original image and original bilingual text, but it looks like none of the interested Browncoats out there will be able to order Browncoat Saloon schwag anymore. :/
